Everything needed to stitch the design is in the box: the printed canvas, all 12 yarn colours, two needles, the chart and the instructions. You do not need to buy yarn, a frame or a pattern separately.

The one thing not included is the backing that turns the finished piece into a cushion. Those are sold on their own so you can choose the colour: velvet pillow backings with a zipper.

The canvas itself is a large-hole weave, which means bigger stitches and fewer of them across the same area. Many of our customers stitch in the evening or under a lamp and tell us the printed canvas is easier to follow than working from a paper chart.

I have never done needlepoint. Can I start with this?

Yes. Because the design is printed on the canvas, there is no counting and no chart-reading required — you match the yarn to the colour underneath the hole and stitch. Most people are stitching confidently within the first half hour.

I just finished this gorgeous lion for my adult daughter, Victoria. This was my second Brvsk kit & like the previous one it was a delight to use. The colors are spectacular and rich. The design is accurately painted on the canvas. I substituted horizontal brick stitch for the lion's body and we are both very pleased with the results. I'm making it into a pillow for a green velvet chair in her art corner.It took me several months, as I only needlepoint briefly in the evening with my toy poodle, Pearl, sitting beside me as we listen to books on Audible. Incidentally, I'm 79 so no one is too old to try it!

Loved this kit. I wasn’t sure about it at first because I thought it would be kind of boring. I think it has turned out beautifully! The colors are so rich and vibrant! My DIL requested something similar to this, so I’m gifting it to her in a frame.There was plenty of yarn and the picture guide was stamped very evenly. It’s a little challenging but very enjoyable to complete.

Beautiful Canvas, Cheap Yarn

I loveeeeeee this canvas!! The yarn it comes with is just cheap acrylic yarn, so I went to my local fiber shop to get some nice wool needlepoint yarn. But honestly even if it just came with the canvas, this price is unbeatable and it's absolutely beautiful!

These are beautiful. I bought two kits from them and both are perfect. The painting on the canvas was ACCURATE to where you stitch, which is such an attention to detail that I don't see often with kits like this.There were also more than enough skeins of PRE-CUT yarn, clear instructions, and colors were accurate to the photos you see.The only thing I would change is building the cost of the backing in with the kit. I'm willing to pay more to not have to go buy an additional item to finish the project as shown. However, the backing (when I did order it) is a beautifully soft and well crafted velvet. I will absolutely purchase from this company again (and again, and again).

I love these kits! This is my second one and I’ll likely buy another. They’re super satisfying and they provide more than enough yarn. Love that the design is stamped so you don’t have to count, and the William Morris design is beautiful.

No Customer Service

This product has a very course stitch. Other producers had a finer canvas so that the stitches are smaller and the detail is finer. There should not be space left after completing the stitch but this manufacturer's product is much cruder. Also, the kit was missing some of the yarn. I notified the seller via the email provided but got no response. It does not appear that they stand behind their product. I'm not saying the product is bad just not high quality and zero customer service.
