I just finished this gorgeous lion for my adult daughter, Victoria. This was my second Brvsk kit & like the previous one it was a delight to use. The colors are spectacular and rich. The design is accurately painted on the canvas. I substituted horizontal brick stitch for the lion's body and we are both very pleased with the results. I'm making it into a pillow for a green velvet chair in her art corner.It took me several months, as I only needlepoint briefly in the evening with my toy poodle, Pearl, sitting beside me as we listen to books on Audible. Incidentally, I'm 79 so no one is too old to try it!
I loveeeeeee this canvas!! The yarn it comes with is just cheap acrylic yarn, so I went to my local fiber shop to get some nice wool needlepoint yarn. But honestly even if it just came with the canvas, this price is unbeatable and it's absolutely beautiful!

I’ll give it a four because the design is gorgeous, it came with all the tools needed to do this. But I really wish there was a way for a step by step on how to at-least start this. I’m pretty sure I really messed it up so it’s just sitting in my drawer for now 😳
